A special screening of SCREENAGERS - Growning Up in the Digital Age will be shown in the AHS Auditorium on Wednesday, March 29th at 7pm. This FREE program is brought to you by the Ashland PTO and Ashland Public Schools.
Judy Giovangelo, Founder and President of the Holliston-based nonprofit Ben Speaks, will appear in Ashland to present a workshop for parents, students, educators and community discussing ways to build resiliency in adolescents. More information about the program, which is made possible by Friends of the Ashland PTO, ASHPAC, Decisions at Every Turn, and Friends of the Ashland Public Library, can be viewed in the attached flyer.
Half-day Kindergarten changeover begins next Monday, January 30th. The updated bus routes have been posted to our Parents > Bus Information webpage. The Ashland School Committee approved the new school start times for the 2017-18 school year at their November 9, 2016 meeting.
The new times are as follows:
Mindess School (Grades 3-5) 7:55 a.m. - 2:20 p.m.
Ashland Middle School (Grades 6-8) 8:15 a.m. - 2:40 p.m.
Ashland High School (Grades 9-12) 8:20 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
Warren School (Grades K-2) 8:50 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
"If you see something, say something" is the message being sent to staff, students and parents in an effort to help keep our schools safe. A new School Safety Anonymous Tip Line has been created where the school community can report "any wrongdoing that impacts our schools, our students, our staff - anonymously".
