Athletic User Fee
Any student wishing to participate in interscholastic athletics during the fall, winter or spring sport seasons, must pay an Athletic Fee.
All checks should be made payable to Ashland Public Schools.

Use this form to request a waiver of the athletic fee to participate in a sport.
