iParent Information & Login
Ashland Middle School is utilizing iParent, a part of iPass, a student information system used by all schools in Ashland. The goal of iParent is to improve communication between home and school by providing parents with online access to your child’s assignments and grades. Each parent/guardian needs to apply for an iParent account. You do not need a computer to register an iParent account, you can register an account on your cell phone.
To create an iParent account, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to the iParent registration webpage: https://ipassweb.harrisschool.solutions/school/ashland/pamregister.html and fill out the application.
To fill out the form, you will need: your child’s Student ID number (which is also their lunch code), date of birth, and city of birth.
Once the application has been completed, remember to click the Submit button.
- Create your username and password for iParent. Write this information down in a safe place. NOTE: If you are currently an employee of Ashland Public Schools, you should not use your school email address when registering for the iParent account. Ashland Public Schools employees must use a personal email address when signing up for an iParent account.
Once the application has been submitted, you will get a confirmation email that your iParent account has been approved. Depending upon the number of requests that are submitted at the same time, this could take up to one week.
- Once you have received confirmation of your account, go to https://ashland.ipassweb.net/school/ipass/syslogin.html to log in with the iParent login credentials you created.
The most important report you will find is called the Progress Report. This report will give the most updated information on your child’s assignments and grades.
